We Deliver to the the 50 States, but can not deliver to any of the U.S. Territories. Delivery and pick-ups are only made Monday through Friday, except major holidays.
All of our shipments are insured for the full amount of the merchandise shipped and sent signature required. Shipping charges are not refundable; please consider this when placing an order. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping, the processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days. After processing is complete then the shipping process begins.

Tracking Information
If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:
- Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Belvedere Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Belvedere Shoes Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
