Shipping Policy

We are currently working with FedEx for all our shipping requirements. We can do UPS if specifically requested in the notes section during checkout.

Please be aware that FedEx uses smart post to deliver to PO boxes..

We Deliver to the the 50 States, but can not deliver to any of the U.S. Territories.

Delivery and pick-ups are only made Monday through Friday except major holidays for express shipments and ground shipments; FedEx Home Delivery does deliver on the weekends. 

All of our shipments are insured for the full amount of the merchandise shipped, and sent signature required. Shipping charges are not refundable; please consider this when placing an order.

Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping, the processing time typically ranges from 1-5 business days.

After processing is complete then the shipping process begins.

The shipping time is the FedEx transit time from our warehouse(s) to your shipping address.

Ground Free Shipping Service

According to FedEx the delivery time frame is approximately 5 to 7 business days (weekends do not count) to any location within the continental United States. There are no shipping charges with this option.

FedEx 2nd day Express

According to FedEx Express the delivery time frame is 2 business days within the United States (weekends do not count). Please keep in mind that we need at least 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Shipping takes 2 days once the order is processed. The shipping charges are $40.00

FedEx Next Day Air

According to FedEx Express, it is a next business day service (weekends do not count). The shipping charges are $60.00 for one item. Please keep in mind that we need at least 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we do not offer Saturday Delivery.

International shipping

We are not available to ship outside of the United States at the moment. 

Tracking Information

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Belvedere Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Belvedere Shoes Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
