We are pleased to offer complimentary UPS Ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $300 within the continental United States.
Please note: this offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship via UPS and offer the following delivery options:

• UPS Ground (Complimentary over $300)
  Delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
• UPS 2nd Day Air (Additional charge)
  Delivered within 2 business days after shipment.
• UPS Next Day Air (Additional charge)
  Delivered within 1 business day after shipment.
  Not available for Alaska and Hawaii.

Transit times are estimates and apply to business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the following business day.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, and packaging prior to shipment.

Address Verification

For security purposes, your billing name and address must match those associated with your payment method.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, we may require additional verification to protect against fraudulent activity.
Our customer service team may contact you via email or phone prior to shipment. Orders will not be released until verification is complete.

Delivery Assurance

To ensure safe delivery, vvery delivery must be signed for, as we need proof of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
A re-shipping fee may apply.
